Eric Brown, Attorney
Eric Brown grew up in a small town in rural New Mexico. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology in 2006. He then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law. He received his JD in 2009 and began practicing law, primarily gaining experience in the fields of Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury.
As a devoted spouse and loving father of four, Eric knows well how to juggle priorities. He finds great pleasure in raising a family while managing a successful law practice. Eric is dedicated to his clients and is passionate about advocating for those who have been injured and need legal assistance. Eric is fluent in Spanish and is available for free consultations for those who have been injured due to no fault of their own.
Heather Peterson, Paralegal
Heather Peterson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin majoring in Criminal Justice before moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma to be closer to family. She joined the firm in 2011 and prides herself on her ability to act as a liaison for clients. She is familiar with the medical providers in the greater community as well as many of the insurance adjusters assigned to the Oklahoma regions.
Heather is also an accredited Disability Representative (ADR). While on maternity leave, she studied for the Social Security Administration’s exam that would allow her, as a non-attorney, to represent claimants at the hearing level who had been denied social security benefits.
Heather and her family have a passion for animals and have multiple “foster fails” who have taken up permanent residence in their home. She and her husband also coach their son’s T-ball and soccer team.
